FireFox Classic Theme - Original Mozilla Toolbar Icons for FireFox1.0, 1.5 and 2.0
UPDATE:
Here is the current Toolbar.png for Firefox 2.0:
Download this image, rename it to Toolbar.png and proceed with the instructions below.
If you need the small icons version, do it on your own. You know the drill.
Firefox 1.0 and 1.5 graphics below:
I don't like the default FireFox toolbar icons, so I have replaced them with the classic original NetScape/Mozilla Icons
classic.jar:skin/classic/browser/Toolbar.png
classic.jar:skin/classic/browser/Toolbar-small.png
- Unpack classic.jar from [firefox-directory]/chrome (rename to .zip and unpack)
- Replace Toolbar.png and Toolbar-small.png in skin/classic/browser/ with the 2 files above
- Zip the stuff again (make sure that icon.png, preview.png and skin/ are in the root directory of the zip) and rename it to classic.jar
Replace the file classic.jar in [firefox-directory]/chrome with the one just generated
NOTE: Just in case, backup the original classic.jar file before altering it!
